in the fall every year we try to make it to the county fair. this year we made it an outing with our cousins and uncle andrew (leah and h went too). it was heifer night….whew-hoo! we were sure to visit the 4-h tent with all of their baby farm animals and FREE chocolate milk. the kids road rides — emilie her first roller coaster (as mild as it might have been, it still classified and she LOVED it…no big surprise there). and of course, we enjoyed a funnel cake or two. we’re fair-ed out for this year — a little goes a loooong way!
